HomeMy WebLinkAboutC14-457 Conservation Fund Amendment to Contract AMENDMENT TO CONTRACT TO BUY AND SELL REAL ESTATE
WHEREAS, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO (the "Seller") and THE CONSERVATION FUND (the
"Purchaser")entered into that certain Contract to Buy and Sell Real Estate dated April 9,2013,for certain parcels of
land containing 36+/-acres,located in the County of Eagle,State of Colorado(the"Contract");and
WHEREAS,the parties are desirous of amending the Contract under the same terms and conditions as set
forth in the Contract and any amendments thereto.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, receipt and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, Seller and Purchaser hereby agree as
follows:
1. Notwithstanding the terms of Section 3 the Contract to the contrary,the dates listed as Record Title
Objection Deadline and Inspection Objection Deadline are hereby extended from December 5,2014 to December
5,2017.
2. Notwithstanding the terms of Section 3 the Contract to the contrary,the dates listed as Off-Record
Title Objection Deadline, Appraisal Objection Deadline, Current Survey Objection Deadline, Property Insurance
Objection Deadline, Due Diligence Documents Objection Deadline, Environmental Inspection Objection Deadline,
and ADA Evaluation Objection Deadline are hereby extended from December 19,2014 to December 19,2017.
3. Notwithstanding the terms of Section 3 of the Contract to the contrary,the Closing Date is hereby
extended from December 31,2014 to December 29,2017.
4. All other terms and conditions in said Contract are hereby ratified and affirmed.
5. This Amendment may be executed in counterparts, all of which shall constitute one agreement
which shall be binding on all of the parties, notwithstanding that all of the parties are not signatory to the original or
the same counterpart.
