BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORDO
AND
TCC ROOFING CONTRACTORS, INC.
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ( "Second Amendment') is made and entered into this
day of August, 2013, between Eagle County, Colorado by and through its County Manager
(hereinafter referred to as "County ") and TCC Roofing Contractors, Inc., a Colorado Corporation
organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado and with a principal place
of business at 775 Chambers Ave., Eagle, Colorado 81631 (hereinafter referred to as
"Contractor ").
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated September 29,
2011, for certain on -call services related to on -call arborist services ( "Original Agreement'); and
WHEREAS, by a First Amendment dated September 11, 2012, the term of the Original
Agreement was extended to September 29, 2013.
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the Original Agreement is
extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to September 29, 2014.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Second Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs,
executors, successors, and assigns.
