Home My WebLink AboutC13-258 Brush Creek Landscaping Second Amendment SECOND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN EAGLE COUNTY, COLORDO AND BRUSH CREEK LANDSCAPING AND URBAN FORESTRY r r THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ("Second Amendment") is made and entered into this day of August, 2013, between Eagle County, Colorado by and through its County Manager (hereinafter referred to as "County") and Brush Creek Landscaping&Urban Forestry a trade name for Tarrant Enterprises, Inc. a Colorado Corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado and with a principal place of business at 210 Marmot Lane Unit B- 6, Eagle, Colorado 81631 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor"). WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated September 15, 2011, for certain on-call services related to on-call arborist services ("Original Agreement"); and WHEREAS, by a First Amendment dated August 30, 2012, the term of the Original Agreement was extended to September 15, 2013. WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the Original Agreement is extended as provided herein: 1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to September 15, 2014. 2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and effect during the modified term. 3.
