RYAN FAX: 970 - 328 -8629 e14 email: eagleadmin ©eaglecounty.us www.eaglecounty.us EAGLE COUNTY January 31, 2013 Paul Gordon, President Vail Valley Jet Center FEB 8 2U ? 871 Cooley Mesa Road Gypsum, Colorado 81637 Agreement between Eagle County and the Vail Valley Jet Center regarding Eagle County's Air Traffic Controllers' Housing Allowance Program Dear Paul: I'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Vail Valley Jet Center for its financial contribution to Eagle County's Air Traffic Controllers' Housing Allowance Program (the "Program ") in 2012. We are pleased that you will continue to support the Program in 2013, as it continues to prove successful. As you know, the Program provides up to a one - thousand dollar monthly housing subsidy to full -time Air Traffic Controllers living in Eagle County, whose work serves both the Airport and the Jet Center. For 2013, the terms of our Agreement are as follows: 1. For Program year 2013, the Vail Valley Jet Center will reimburse the County in the amount of seventeen thousand six hundred sixty seven dollars ($17,667), which equals one -third of the total Program cost. • 2. Payment of the full Vail Valley Jet Center contribution will be paid in full to the County on or before December 31, 2013. 3. This Agreement is conditioned upon Eagle County's continuation of the Program. In the event the Program is cancelled or revoked by Eagle County during Program year 2013, the Vail Valley Jet Center will reimburse Eagle County for one -third of the amount actually expended for the Program during the year 2013. 4. Nothing in the Agreement shall be deemed or construed to confer upon or grant to any third party or parties any right to claim damages or to bring any suit, action, or other proceeding against either Eagle County or the Vail Valley Jet Center because of any breach hereof or because of any of the terms, covenants, agreements, or conditions herein. 5. Neither the Vail Valley Jet Center's contribution to the Program, nor any term herein shall be deemed to make the Vail Valley Jet Center an agent, employee, partner, contractor for, or representative of Eagle County.
