HomeMy WebLinkAboutC12-382 Eagle County Facilities Management Agreement with Airport AGREEMENT BETWEEN EAGLE COUNTY REGIONAL AIRPORT AND EAGLE COUNTY FACILITIES MANAGEMENT THIS AGREEMENT ( "Agreement "), dated this b day of k MU/1W , 2012, is between Eagle County Regional Airport ( "Airport"), and Eagle County Facilities Management ( "Facilities "). WITNESSETH: WHEREAS, Facilities desires to purchase a Cummins Power Generator, model # GGLA- 7549942, serial # L080226491 from Airport. WHEREAS, Facilities has experience and expertise in handling such equipment; and WHEREAS, Airport and Facilities intend by this Agreement to set forth the scope of their respective responsibilities. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and the following promises, Airport and Facilities agree as follows: 1. SCOPE OF WORK: Facilities shall, furnish all services, labor, and personnel necessary in the use of the piece of equipment and both Facilities and Airport assist in the mobilization of piece of equipment to Facilities site. 2. FACILITIES REPRESENTATIONS: Facilities has familiarized itself with the nature and extent of the use of the equipment and has studied carefully the physical condition of the equipment and shall be solely responsible for the safety of its employees in the performance and usage of the equipment. Facilities is releasing all claims of ownership to the existing generator located on the North side in Airport's electrical vault: Engine stock # 81564, Serial # D150P. 3. AGREEMENT PRICE: Facilities shall pay Eagle County Regional Airport the total sum of $9,950 from CIP funds to purchase the generator in full and out right.
