FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY AND JC CONSTRUCTION & EXCAVATION, INC. TO EXTEND
THE AGREEMENT TO SEPTEMBER 29, 2013
THIS FI ' -ST AMENDMENT ( "First Amendment ") is made and entered into this
day of Se , }: 2, between Eagle County, Colorado (hereinafter referred to as "County ")
and JC Construction & Excavation, Inc., a Colorado Corporation organized and existing by
virtue of the laws of the State of Colorado and with a principal place of business in Avon,
Colorado 81620 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor ").
RECITALS
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated September 29,
2011, for certain on -call services related to Excavation Services ( "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original
Agreement on the same terms and conditions as set forth in the Original Agreement.
FIRST AMENDMENT
NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the term set forth in the
Original Agreement is extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement set forth in Article 3 of the Original
Agreement is hereby extended to September 29, 2013.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
