EAGLE COUNTY AIRPORT FACILITIES LEASE
THIS F RST AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 1? day
oft , 2012, between the Board of County Commissioners, County of Eagle, State of
Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "Lessor" and Jerry Kokes, hereinafter referred to as
"Lessee."
WHEREAS, Lessor and Lessee entered into an Airport Facilities Lease on August 20,
1990 ( "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, the term of the Original Agreement is for 25 years, ending on July 31,
2015.
WHEREAS, Lessor wishes to provide Lessee with an option to renew the Original
Agreement for one additional term of five years under the same terms and conditions and subject
to the same rentals, fees, and charges as provided in the Original Agreement for the initial term;
and
NOW, THEREFORE, Lessor and Lessee agree that the Original Agreement is hereby
amended as provided herein:
1. The following language shall be added to Section Six, Term:
Lessee may exercise one (1) option to renew this agreement for an additional term
of five (5) years under the same terms and conditions and subject to the same
rentals, fees, and charges as provided herein for the initial term. In order to
exercise the renewal option, Lessee shall notify Lessor in writing of Lessee's
intention to exercise the renewal option not less than six (6) months before the
expiration of the term hereof.
2. All other terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full
force and effect.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this First Amendment to
Agreement the day and year first above written.
