EAGLE COUNTY AND BRUSH CREEK LANDSCAPING AND URBAN FORESTRY
TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT TO SEPTEMBER 15, 2013
I S FIRST AMENDMENT ( "First Amendment ") is made and entered into this "�
day of , 2012, between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County
Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "County ") and Brush Creek Landscaping & Urban
Forestry, a Colorado Corporation organized and existing by virtue of the laws of the State of
Colorado and with an office and principal place of business in Gypsum, Colorado 81637
(hereinafter referred to as "Contractor ").
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated September 15,
2011, for certain on -call services related to Arborist Services ( "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the term set forth in the
Original Agreement is extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to September 15, 2013.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
