HomeMy WebLinkAboutC12-252 Alpine Engineering First Amendment FIRST AMENDMENT TO MASTER AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES BETWEEN EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO AND ALPINE ENGINEERING, INC. Project Name: AVON TO EAGLE VAIL TRAIL PROJECT Project Address or Location: North side of Highway 6, between Avon and Eagle Vail, Eagle County, Colorado Alpine Engineering, Inc. "Engineer" and Eagle County, Colorado "County" are parties to a Master Agreement for Professional Engineering Services dated the 3rd day of May, 2011 ( "Agreement ") and wish the amend the Agreement as follows: A. Engineer has agreed to perform the Services set forth in Exhibit 1 which is intended hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Services set forth in Exhibit 1 shall be performed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. B. Engineer has agreed to perform the services in Exhibit 1 by December 31, 2012. C. The compensation for said Services shall be billed in monthly progress payments in accordance with the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $91, 625.00. D. The Amount of services under this Amendment: $91,625.00 for Phase II services Previous Contract Amount: $198,810.00 for Phases I, II and III Amended Contract Amount: $290,435.00 E. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this First Amendment, the Agreement shall control. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Agreement, First Amendment and any exhibit, the terms of the First Agreement and First Amendment shall control. Except as expressly amended or modified herein, the Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
