BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY AND
EAGLE COUNTY AND ENCORE ELECTRIC, INC.
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this 4
day o , 2012, between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County Commissioners
(hereinafter referred to as "County ") and Encore Electric, Inc., a Colorado corporation with its
principal place of business at 77 Metcalf Road, Avon, Avon, Colorado, 81620 (hereinafter
referred to as "Contractor ").
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated May 04, 2010
( "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, by the First Amendment to the Original Agreement dated June 28, 2011,
the term of the Original Agreement was extended to May 04, 2012.
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the Original Agreement is
extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to May 04, 2013.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
