BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY AND
SKYLINE MECHANICAL, INC.
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ( "Second Amendment") is made and entered into this
P( day of April, 2012, between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County
Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as "County ") and Skyline Mechanical, Inc., a Colorado
corporation with its principal place of business at 134 Airpark Drive, Unit 2 -A, Gypsum,
Colorado 81637 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor ").
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated April 27, 2010 for
certain on -call services related to HVAC equipment ( "Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into a First Amendment dated June 28, 2011
extending the term of the Original Agreement to April 27, 2012; and
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the term set forth in the
Original Agreement is extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to April 27, 2013.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
