BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY AND
DALY PROPERTY SERVICES, INC.
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT ( "First Amendment ") is made and entered into this I T
day of April, 2012, between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County Commissioners
(hereinafter referred to as "County ") and Daly Property Services, Inc., a Colorado corporation
with its principal place of business at 345 Lewis Lane, Basalt, Colorado 81621 (hereinafter
referred to as "Contractor ").
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated May 17, 2011 for
certain landscaping services ( "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to extend the Original Agreement.
- NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the Original Agreement is
extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to November 15, 2012.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
