BETWEEN
EAGLE COUNTY AND
TIMBERLINE RESTORATION SERVICES, INC.
DBA "SERVICEMASTER 24/7"
THIS SECOND AMENDMENT ( "Amendment ") is made and entered into this
day of March, 2012, between Eagle County, by and through its Board of County Commissioners
(hereinafter referred to as "County ") and Timberline Restoration Services, Inc. d /b /a
"Servicemaster 24/7 ", a Colorado corporation with its principal place of business at 210 Marmot
Lane #2, Eagle, Colorado 81631 (hereinafter referred to as "Contractor ").
WHEREAS, County and Contractor entered into an Agreement dated April 27, 2010
( "Original Agreement "); and
WHEREAS, by the First Amendment to the Original Agreement dated June 11, 2012,
the term of the Original Agreement was extended to April 27, 2012.
WHEREAS, County and Contractor wish to further extend the term of the Original
Agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, County and Contractor agree that the Original Agreement is
extended as provided herein:
1. The term of the Original Agreement is extended to April 27, 2013.
2. All terms and provisions of the Original Agreement shall remain in full force and
effect during the modified term.
3. This Amendment shall be binding on the parties hereto, their heirs, executors,
successors, and assigns.
