KRW Consulting, Inc. "Engineer" and Eagle County, Colorado "County" are parties to a
Master Agreement for Professional Engineering Services dated the 21st day of February, 2012
( "Agreement ") and wish to amend the Agreement as follows:
A. Engineer has agreed to perform the Services set forth in Exhibit 1 which is attached
hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The Services set forth in Exhibit 1 shall be
performed in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.
B. Engineer has agreed to perform the services in Exhibit 1 by December 31, 2012.
C. The compensation for said Services shall be billed in monthly progress payments in
• accordance with the Agreement in an amount not to exceed $14,594.

D. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions in the Agreement and this

herein, the Agreement shall remain unmodified and in full force and effect.
