QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Indenture, made this a day of February, 2012, bgtween the County of
Eagle, Colorado, a body corporate and politic, whose street address is 500 Broadway,
Eagle, Colorado 81631 (herein referred to as the "Grantor "), and Town of Gypsum,
Colorado, a home rule municipal corporation organized pursuant to Article XX of the
Colorado Constitution whose address is P.O. Box 130, Gypsum, Colorado 81637
(hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee ").
Grantor, in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable consideration paid by
Grantee, does hereby release, remise and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, all the right,
title, interest, estate, claim, and demand, both at law and in equity, of Grantor, of, in, and
to that certain portion of variable right -of -way for Eagle Street from the northwestern
boundary of the Cedar Hill Cemetery to the northeastern boundary of the Cedar Hill
• Cemetery approximately five- hundred and eighty -six feet (586'), as shown in Exhibit
"A ", attached and incorporated into this instrument by reference together with all the
improvements, ways, easements, rights, privileges, and appurtenances held or owned by
or of Grantor in the above - described real property.
In witness, Grantor has executed this deed on 2012.
