Re: Nottingham Hanger Lease
Dear Allan,
As you know, on July 31, 2007, Eagle County entered into a lease agreement (the "Lease ") for your use
and occupancy of a hanger located at the Eagle County Airport. By its terms, the Lease expired on May
31, 2011. However, since that time, you have continued to lease the premises on a month to month basis
as a holdover tenant under Paragraph 14 of the Lease. You are a tenant in good standing in that your
lease payments have been timely and you are in compliance with the terms of the Lease. The purpose of
this letter is to inform you that until such time that the Board of County Commissioners determines that it
has another need for the leased premises requiring the termination of the tenancy, Eagle County will
continue to consent, on a month to month basis, to your holdover tenancy so long as you otherwise
continue to comply with all terms of the Lease. In the event the month to month tenancy is to be
terminated for any reason other than a breach of the terms of the Lease, Eagle County agrees to provide
you with sixty (60) days prior notice of its intent to terminate, after which notice period, you agree to
peaceably surrender possession of the premises as required by the terms of the Lease.
In order that our records accurately reflect our agreement, we ask that you acknowledge and sign below,
and return this letter to Chris Anderson, Airport Terminal Manager at P.O. Box 850, Eagle, CO 81631.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and look forward to a continued relationship. Should you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at the number listed above.

By my signature below, I agree to the terms set forth herein and also agree that unless specifically
amended herein, all remaining terms of the Lease, including rental rates, are in full force and effect
during my lease of the subject property as a holdover tenant. a. -
