This is a proposal for the repair and replacement of chain Link fencing in different areas
along the back edge of the Eagle county recycling center off the frontage road. This
proposal includes the following.
1. Remove and replace different areas of vertical posts which are damaged. These
posts measure roughly 2 3/8 inch diameter by eight feet and are to be set two feet
deep in concrete. Roughly five of these posts are in need of replacing. Many of
the bent posts are able to be straightened and reused. Damaged posts and
concrete balls are to be hauled away.
2. Replace roughly 50 linear feet of six foot tall chain link mesh where damage has
occurred. These sections will be removed and disposed of. New sections will be
woven back in to place and secured using steel ties.
3. Remove roughly 60 linear feet of 1 5/8 inch diameter top rail where damage has
occurred. These damaged sections will be discarded. New sleeves are also
included here.
Total cost of labor and material , . $1685.00
Total additional cost of new four foot pedestrian gate with post/latch $185.00

Great Divide Fencing will take responsibility for all primary unde ound utilities in the event something gets damaged. However, all
secondary underground utilities, septic systems, leach fields, roots, shrubs, sod and irrigation systems, culverts and any other
property are the responsibility of the customer. Additionally all property lines, easements, covenants, right of ways, setbacks and
association or homeowners rules regarding the construction o fences are the responsibility of the customer. All code restrictions in
general are the responsibility of the customer and not of Great Divide Fencing, Inc. In the event it becomes apparent that underground
utilities pose a logistical problem in the digging of holes this proposal is to be renegotiated with the customer.
