RE: Agreement between Eagle County and the Vail Valley Jet Center regarding Eagle
County's Air Traffic Controllers' I-lousing Allowance Program
Dear Paul:
1'd like to take this opportunity to thank the Vail Valley Jet Center for its financial
contribution to Eagle County's Air Traffic Controllers' Housing Allowance Program (the
"Program") in 2009. We are pleased that you will continue to support the Program in 2010, as it
has reportedly been quite a success. As you know, the Program provides up to aone-thousand
dollar monthly housing subsidy to full-time Air Traftc Controllers living in Eagle County,
whose work serves both the Airport and the Jet Center.
For 2010, the terms of our Agreement are as follows:
1. For Program year 2010, the Vail Valley Jet Center will reimburse the County $17,667,
which equals one-third of the total Program cost.
2. Payment of the full Vail Valley Jet Center contribution (in the amount of $17,667) will be
provided to and received by the County in full on or before December 31, 2010.
3. This Agreement is conditioned upon Eagle County's continuation of the Program. In the
event the Program is cancelled or revoked by Eagle County during Program year 2010, the Vail
Valley Jet Center will reimburse Eagle County for one-third of the amount actually expended for
the Program during the year 2010.
4. Nothing in the Agreement shall be deemed or construed to confer upon or grant to any third
party or parties any right to claim damages or to bring any suit, action, or other proceeding against

either Eagle County or the Vail Valley Jet Center because of any breach hereof or because of any of
the terms, covenants, agreements, or conditions herein.
5. Neither the Vail Valley Jet Center's contribution to the program, nor any term herein
shall be deemed to make the Vail Valley Jet Center an agent, employee, partner, contractor for,
or representative of Eagle County.
By your signature of approval below, you acknowledge that on behalf of the Vail Valley
Jet Center, you agree to the terms set forth herein. Please return the signed agreement to my
attention at the address listed above. It is our hope that the Program will be ongoing and that you
will continue to partner with us in the future. Should you have any questions or concerns, please
do not hesitate to contact me.
