WITNESSETH, That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN
DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the receipt and
sufficiency of which is hereby aclaiowledged, has remised, released, sold and QUIT CLAIMED,
and by these presents does remise, release, sell and QUITCLAIM unto the Grantee, its heirs,
successors and assigns, farever, all the Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the portion of
that certain easement granted to the Grantor in the Rule and Order recorded in the Clerk and
Recorder's Office for Eagle County, Coloraclo on July 17, 1996, at Book 699, Page 986, which
affects the real property, situate, lying and being in the County of Eagle, State of Colorado,
described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singulaz the appurtenances
and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatsoever, of the Grantor, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoaf of the Grantee, its heirs and assigns forever.
