EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
AND
WILLIAM AND MARY STEPHENS
BY THIS AMENDMENT AGREEMENT, made as of the 4th day of February, 2009,
between Eagle County ("County") and William and Mary Stephens ("the Stephens") and
amending the August 7, 2008 Agreement between the parties relating to disassembly and
removal by the Stephens of the Gypsum 4-H barn, the parties hereto hereby agree that such 2008
Agreement is hereby amended to provide that the Stephens will exercise their rights under such
2008 agreement on or before March 31, 2009, and if the Stephens have not done so by that date,
such agreement will terminate effective March 31, 2009.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date
first set forth above.
