This Letter is to inform you that Eagle County will not be renewing the Contract currently in
place between the two agencies titled "AGREEMENT BETWEEN EAGLE COUNTY COLORADO AND
GLOBAL SPECTRUM FOR THE PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICES°. The contract was dated 08 July 08, and
effective unti131 DEC 08, with an option to renew per section 2.1 of the agreement.
Per Section 2.2, the County may cancel any time during the proposed renewal period. We regret
not being able to renew the contract, but this is in the best interest of the County based on current
economic times. We would be interested in talking to you about the possibility of a lower cost
(reduced scope) contract for 2009 if you would be willing.
Please note the effective cancellation date is 31 DEC 08.
