Customer shall give l:ilterfresh at least 30 days' prior written notice of its intent to ma4e the Equipment covered by this Agreement within the location at which tlic Equipment uutially is mstallcd or elsewhere. f'ilterfresh perscmnel shall supervise the dismantling and packizig of the Equipment, lard shall inspect and reinstall the Equipment at arty new location, if such move is approved by Filterfresh. Airy attempted assigrtmeitt or delegation. by Customer without the prior written consent of Fi]terfresh shall be wholly void aad ineffective for all purposes.
