You are directed to make the following changes in this Contract:
Add elements to complete irrigation system:
Pumps and associated electrical requirements $65,253.27
Irrigation system Controller $7,069.96
Pump house structure and pad $23,916.00
Automatic self cleaning filter $8,249.41
The following elements are added to the scope of work as a Gauranteed Maximum Price,
with a cost not to exceed. It is agreed that the unit cost will be applied to the final quantity
as measured and agreed upon between ACC and the County, and paid for only actual installed quantity
Lateral lines, maximum quantity of 2,5001f at unit cost of $5.76/lf $11,520.00
Lateral line heads, maximum quantity of 35, at unit cost of $175.10/each $6,149.50
Drip tubing and sprays, maximum quantity of 11,140 if at unit cost of $3.41/If $37,987.40
TOTAL $160,145.54
The Eagle County Project Manager hereby makes assurance that lawful appropriations to cover the costs of the
additional work have been made.
The original Contract Sum was $398,610.00
Net change by previously authorized Change Orders _ _ $46,162.80
The Contract Sum prior to this Change Order was $444,772.80
The Contract Sum will be increased by this change order $160,145.54
The new Contract Sum including this Change Order will be $604,918.34
The Contract Time will be increased.
The Date of Substantial Completion as of the date of this Change Order therefore is 1 -Jul -08
