II. Term is hereby amended to read: This Agreement shall commence on May 1, 2007 and terminate on June 30, 2008. All other terms of the agreement entered into on May 15, 2007 remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the date first set forth above. The parties hereto have signed this Agreement in triplicate. Two counterparts have been delivered to County and one to the Contractor.
