The main goal of the institute is to advance board accountability and program quality. Program Narrative: The program values and appreciates the opportunity to participate in the regional governance institute. We look forward to igniting dialogue and active planning around the role of governance in sustaining community involvement, board accountability, program quality and excellence. The EHS training budget is extremely tight at year end. It will be necessary to receive actual expense reimbursement by the Region VIII Office as soon as possible. All receipts will be submitted via the Eagle County Reimbursement process and forwarded to the Regional Office. This is a projection budget. Actual budget will be submitted following the Institute when actual figures are calculated.
