QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED is made this 30th day of April, 2007, between Norman Nunn and Yvonne
Jean Nunn ("Grantors"), whose address is 1473 Cooley Mesa Road, Gypsum, Colorado 81637,
and Eagle County, Colorado ("Grantee"), whose address is 500 Broadway, Eagle Colorado
81631.
Grantors, in consideration of Grantee's execution of a contract to buy and sell real estate
entered into between Grantors and Grantee on February 14, 2007, which contract calls for
conveyance of certain water rights owned by Grantors to Grantee at the closing of such contract,
do release and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, all of their right, title, interest, estate, claim, and
demand, both at law and in equity, of Grantors, of, in an to NUNN'S WELL PERMIT NO.
23839-F, NWl/4NW1/4Sectionl0,T5S, R85W,
TOGETHER with all the rights, privileges, and appurtenances held or owned by Grantors
in such water rights.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantors have executed this deed on April 30, 2007.

estate of inheritance, in law, in fee simple, and has good right, full power and lawful authority to grant, bargain,
sell and convey the same in manner and form as aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear from all former and other
grants, bargains, sales, liens, taxes, assessments, encumbrances and restrictions of whatever kind or nature soever,
EXCEPT GENERAL TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2007 AND SUBSEQUENT YEARS AND SUBJECT TO THOSE ITEMS A3 SET FORTH ON
EXHIBIT "A" ATTACHED HERETO AND INCORPORATED HEREIN.
The Grantor(s) shall and will WARRANT AND FOREVER DEFEND the above bargained premises in the quiet and peaceable
possession of the Grantee(s), his heirs and assigns, against all and every person or persons Lawfully claiming the whole
or any part thereof. The singular number shall include the plural, and the plural the singular, and the use of any gender
shall be applicable to all genders.
