THIS Addendum, signed February 27, 2007 is to the AGREEMENT made on the 16th day of May, 2006, by and between the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, a body corporate and politic, "County" and, Blue Lake Preschool, Inc., hereinafter "Contractor." IL Term is hereby amended to read: This Agreement shall commence on May 16, 2006 and terminate on June 30, 2007. All other terms of the agreement entered into on May 16, 2006 remain in full force and effect. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement on the date first set forth above. The parties hereto have signed this Agreement in triplicate. Two counterparts have been delivered to County and one to the Contractor.
