PROJECT AGREEMENT
FOREST ROAD AGREEMENT
for
YEOMAN PARKING AREAS
EAST BRUSH CREEK ROADS
between
USDA FOREST SERVICE, WHITE RIVER NATIONAL FOREST
and
EAGLE COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO
This MODIFICATION, is hereby entered into by and between the USDA Forest
Service, White River National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the Forest Service, and
Eagle County, State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the Cooperator, as specified
under the provisions of Forest Road Agreement No. 82-RO- 11021500-005, executed on
January 6, 2006.
The purpose of this Modification is to close this Project Agreement:
1. Yeoman parking areas and East Brush Creek Roads project has been completed.
2. Total Forest Service obligation was $24,000.00, total Cooperator invoices were
$23,999.83, total un -delivered Forest Service obligation is $ .17.
3. With the project complete, Forest Service will de -obligate remaining amount of
seventeen cents.
We appreciate the cooperation you provided the Forest through this agreement.
Except as set forth above, all other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain
the same, unchanged, and in full force and effect.
THE PARTIES HERETO have executed this instrument as of the last date shown below.

Bleacher Purchase Agreement and Indemnification Agreement
THIS BLEACHER GRANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND EMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
("Agreement") is made and executed this day o , 2006 by Eagle County
Government "Seller" and the Town of Gypsum, referred to a "Buyer".
Witnesseth
WHEREAS, the Seller elected to a deserving public agency, through the form of this agreement, three
(3) sets of used five (5) tier bleachers ("Bleachers") currently located at the Gypsum Sports Complex.
NOW, THEREFORE, Applicant acknowledges the following:
1. That the Bleachers are purchased in an "as is" condition for a total sum of ten (10 dollars full and
final payment. Buyer understands that Seller makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the
fitness of the Bleachers for any particular us; and
2. The Buyer has been given the opportunity to fully inspect the bleachers before assuming
ownership.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sale of the bleachers, and the acknowledgments herein,
Applicant agrees to the following:
Applicant, its successors or assigns, assumes all liability for and shall defend, indemnify, and save
harmless seller and its officers, agents, representatives and employees, from all claims, loss, damage,
actions, expenses, and liability resulting from, brought for, or on account of, any personal injury, threat
of personal injury, or property damage received or sustained by any person or persons growing out of,
occurring or attributable directly or indirectly, to the use of the bleachers after the transfer of the same to
Buyer.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement the day and year first above
written.
