FOREST ROAD AGREEMENT No. 82-RO-ll 021500-005
for
YEOMAN PARKING AREAS
EAST BRUSH CREEK ROADS
between
USDA FOREST SERVICE,
WHITE RIVER NATIONAL FOREST
and
EAGLE COUNTY, STATE OF COLORADO
This MODIFICATION, is hereby entered into by and between the USDA Forest Service, Forest
Supervisor, White River National Forest, hereinafter referred to as the Forest Service and the Eagle
County Board of County Commissioners in the State of Colorado, hereinafter referred to as the County,
under the Forest Road Agreement No. 82-RO-lI021500-005 dated June 22,2000, Project Modification
#3 dated October 7,2005 and Project Modification #4 dated January 6,2006.
The purpose ofthis Modification is to add additional funding for this project, update Estimate
Worksheet and to correct the agreement number:
1. Replace FOREST SERVICE SHALL, of the project agreement modification #3 with:
Reimburse the County for construction and improvement of parking areas at Yeoman Park and
the hauling of and placement of aggregate at these lots. Reimbursement shall not exceed
$37,384.30 (sum ofinitiql project agreement $24,000 and this modification $13,384.30). Partial
payments may be made upon submission of an invoice from the County. No payment will be
made until Forest Service personnel approve work at Yeoman Park. No payment will be made for
less than $200.00.
2. See Exhibit A, Estimate Worksheet for additional funds required for County to complete this
project.
3. Due to administrative error, the agreement number is hereby corrected to comply with the
required United States Department of Agriculture numbering scheme, 82-RO-II021500-005.
Except as set forth above, all other terms and conditions of the agreement shall remain the same,
unchanged, and in full force and effect.
