Dear Commissioner Menconi:
We have received your request for additional funding. Based on the recommendation of staf(.l am
offering to add $429,690 to the PHQ-I<.ing, Bellyache, and a~acon Hill sites. The original offer of
$1,435,498 for the five sites in tbe county is now increased to a total award of $1,865,188 from state
severance tax funds.
Please contact your DOLA Regional Manager, Catby Shipley at 970-668-6160, for information on how to
proceed. No state funds should be obligated before a grant contract is fully executed. Expenditures made
prior to the contract being fully executed cannot be reimbursed by the state.

of my knowledge this should add another $429,690.00 to the grant coffers.
