QUIT CLAIM DEED

County of Eagle, State of Colorado, by and through its Board of County Commissioners,
a body politic, whose legal address is 500 Broadway, Eagle Colorado 81631 referred to
as "GRANTOR" and Chadwick J. and Brandi L. Mackenzie, referred to as "GRANTEE."
whose address is 0009 Stillwater Street, Edwards, Colorado 81632.
Grantor for the consideration of ***TEN DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND
VALUABLE CONSIDERATION *** has remised, released, sold and quit claimed, and
by these presents does remise, release, sell, and quit claim unto to the Grantee, its
successors and assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
Grantor has and to the following real property which is more specifically described in
Exhibit "A" and incorporated hereto in the eounty of Eagle and State of Colorado as
follows:
A parcel of land for vacation of a portion of the Utility and Drainage Easement and Snow
Storage Easement located on Lot 120B, according to the Amended Final Plat of Miller
Ranch Filing 2 as recorded on August 17, 2004 at Reception No. 888021 in the Office of
the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder; said easement vacation parcel being more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point from which the Northeast Corner of said Lot 120B bears N 440
32'13" E 6.00 feet; thence along the following four (4) courses:
1. S 02041 '44" W 5.50 feet
2. N 860 50'29" W 7.00 feet
3. N 020 41 '44" E 5.41 feet
4. S 87035'22" E 7.00 feet
to the point of beginning.
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances
and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest, and claim whatsoever, or the Grantor, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and of the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has executed this deed on the date set forth
above.
