QUIT CLAIM DEED
THIS DEED, made this day of October 2005 between the County of Eagle,
Colorado, a body corporate and politic, whose street address is 500 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado
81631 (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), and the Town of Gypsum, Colorado, a
municipal corporation, whose street address is 50 Lundgren Blvd., Gypsum, Colorado 81637
(hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee").
Grantor, in consideration of$lO.OO and other good and valuable consideration, does
release and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim, and demand,
both at law and in equity, of Grantor, of, in, and to all the real property, situate, lying and being
in the County of Eagle and State of Colorado, described as follows:
GYPSUM SHOOTING SPORTS FACILITY
According to the Annexation Map recorded August 7,2003 at Reception No. 843068,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado
SEE EXHIBIT "A" (LEGAL DESCRIPTION) ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A
P ART HEREOF
TOGETHER with all the improvements, ways, easements, rights, privileges, and
appurtenances held or owned by or of Grantor in the above-described real property.

Section 31, Township 4 South, Range 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian
County of Eagle, State of Colorado
Now being described as follows:
A parcel ofland situated in Lots 7 and 8 and the Northeast ~ of the Southwest ~ Section 31,
Township 4 South, Range 85 West ofthe Sixth Principal Meridian, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line of Tract 50A, Township 4 South, Range 86
West of the 6th Principal Meridian whence the west ~ comer of Section 31, Township 4 South,
Range 85 West of the 6th Principal Meridian, being a found 2-1/2" USGLO Brass Cap bears N
89"51 '40" W 993.68 feet;
thence S 89"51 '40" E 1626.50 feet to the legal center of said Section 31;
thence S 00" 10'56" E 1640.99 feet along the easterly line of the SW ~ of said Section 31 to a
point on the northerly line of Tract 39, Township 4 South, Range 85 West ofthe 6th Principal

of said Tract 50A, being a found 2-1/2" USGLO Brass Cap;

beginning, containing 57.492 acres, more or less.
