Grantor, in consideration of$lO.OO and other good and valuable consideration, does release and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim, and demand, both at law and in equity, of Grantor, of, in, and to all the real property, situate, lying and being in the County of Eagle and State of Colorado, described as follows: GYPSUM SHOOTING SPORTS FACILITY According to the Annexation Map recorded August 7,2003 at Reception No. 843068, County of Eagle, State of Colorado SEE EXHIBIT "A" (LEGAL DESCRIPTION) ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A P ART HEREOF TOGETHER with all the improvements, ways, easements, rights, privileges, and appurtenances held or owned by or of Grantor in the above-described real property.
