2005 MATCHING AWARDS PROGRAM
AWARD RECIPIENT AGREEMENT
Project #: 0022405
In return for matching project support approved by the National Forest Foundation in the
amount of $30,000.00, Eagle County Youth Conservation Corps (herein after referred to as
"Award Recipient") agrees to apply the grant money specifically toward the Eagle County's
Youth Land Stewardship Program 2005 project, and agrees to the NFF MAP Project
Terms and Conditions document in its entirety.
Approved projects are supported for a period of 1 year; therefore, the work proposed in the
grant application must be completed within this time, commencing June 1, 2005 and
concluding by June 1, 2006, unless otherwise approved.
The Award Recipient further agrees to publicize the participation of the National Forest
Foundation in the project and to provide the National Forest Foundation with copies of all
publicity efforts (Le.: press releases, press clippings, etc.), as well as updated information
on project status, including links on the Award Recipient's website (if applicable).
The Award Recipient agrees to submit a project update report for the initial six months of
the grant, and a final report (including photographs) to the National Forest Foundation no
later than 30 days after completion (July 1,2006). Any NFF funding that has not been
used and expended as specified in the application and within the grant period shall be
returned to the National Forest Foundation.
