Grantor, in consideration of$10.00 and other valuable consideration paid by Grantee, does release and forever quit claim unto Grantee, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim, and demand, both at law and in equity, of Grantor, of, in, and to a portion of that permanent easement, in, on, over, under, and through that tract of land described as the drainage easement dedicated to the public on the Final Plat of Arrowhead River Ranch recorded at reception number 811608; and also shown on the Final Plat of Arrowhead River Ranch, A Resubdivision of Tract B, Tract C and Eagle River Road recorded at reception number 856427; and shown on the Final Plat of Arrowhead River Ranch, a Second Resubdivision of Tract B recorded at reception number 882970; and shown on the Final Plat of Arrowhead River Ranch, A Third Resubdivision of Tract B and a Second Resubdivison of Tract C, recorded at reception number 907457; whose street address is 035635 US 6, Edwards, Eagle County, Colorado, more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference together with all the improvements, rights, privileges, and appurtenances held or owned by or of Grantor in the above-described easement.
