QUIT CLAIM DEED

This Indenture, made this 2b -ttctay of .kpn..J..... , 2005, between the County of
Eagle, Colorado, a body corporate and politic, whose street address is 500 Broadway, Eagle,
Colorado 81631 (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), and Donald W. Johnson and Susan W.
Johnson being the owners of Lot 8, Lake Crc~k Subdivision First Filing, also known as 22
Angela Lane, Eagle County, of (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee").
Grantor, in consideration of $1 0.00 and \)ther valuable consideration paid by Grantee,
does release and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim, and
demand, both at law and in equity, of Grantor, of, in, and to that permanent easement and right-
of-way, in, on, over, under and through that tract of land more particularly described in Exhibit
"1" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference together with all the improvements,
ways, easements, rights, privileges, and appurtenances held or owned by or of Grantor in the
above-described real property.
