Dear Mr. Montoya:
The Eagle Board of County Commissioners is in receipt of your request for Eagle County to
provide written confirmation regarding forgiveness of a debt.
Please accept this letter as confirmation that Eagle County will forgive the debt in the amount of
$7,806.00 for road maintenance services which were provided in fiscal year 2001.
