QUIT CLAIM DEED
This Indenture, made this ~ day of .~~ , 2004 between the County of
Eagle, Colorado, a body corporate and politic, who 'e street address is 500 Broadway, Eagle,
Colorado 81631 (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantor"), and Ray Chocholek, whose street
address is 10 Hillside Circle, Palos Park, Illinois (hereinafter referred to as the "Grantee").
Grantor, in consideration of $10.00 and other valuable consideration paid by Grantee,
does release and forever quitclaim unto Grantee, all the right, title, interest, estate, claim, and
demand, both at law and in equity, of Grantor, of, in, and to that permanent easement together
with the right of ingress and egress, in, on, over, under and through that tract of land more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of a drainage easement situated on Lot 48, Block 6, Berry Creek Ranch, Filing
2, Eagle County, Colorado, whose street addresses are 00457 Longhorn Drive, Edwards,
Colorado respectively, more particularly described as Exhibit "1"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference together with all the improvements,
ways, easements, rights, privileges, and appurtenances held or owned by or of Grantor in the
above-described real property.

Eagle County, Colorndo, Clerk and Recorder, described as follows
Beginning at a point on the westerly tine of said Drainage Easenent whence the Most
southerly corner of said Lot 48 bears S03'41'02'W 30.86 feed thence along said
line N03'41'02'W 78.64 feed thence, departing said westerly line 20.00 feet along
the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 225.00 feet, n central angle of
05'05'35', and a chord that bears S77.49'48'E 19.99 feet) thence
Sll'02'48'W 75.66 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 753.5 square feet,
