Appropriations to cover the costs of additional work have been made. EAGLE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS By: Tom C. one, Chairman DATE: ~ ~ -5 " ` `~ Nature of Changes: Due to right-of--way width and the construction of the roundabout at Post Blvd. and Highway 6, a portion of the trail was removed from the project eliminating the need for removing a portion of stone wall. In addition, there were some final adjustments made to reflect as-built conditions. An itemization of the changes for this change order is attached as Exhibit "A". Due to winter weather conditions certain final portions of the work were not completed prior to the previous ending date of December 31, 2003, and were completed this spring. An increase in contract time is warranted.
