hereby assigns to the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, an interest in Certificate of Deposit

interest now due or to become due an tlxe assigned amount. This Assignment is given as security
for Permit to Gonstruct 'W'ithin the Public Way Na. 3366 .This Assignment shall be a
continuing assigmnent and shall remain effective until the Board of County Commissioners, by
wxitten resolution, authorizes the release of the security.
Eagle County may authorize a reduction in the security represented by this Assignment,
by written resolution.
Paul .Hields_ hereby authorizes Eagle County to deuland and collect all or eny
portion of the deposit to the extent of the assigned amount in accordance with this Assignment,
and to issue a receipt for any sums received there from. Paul° Hields hereby directs
Fi-r_stBank o-f- _Bv~L to pay to the County, its legal representative, succyssors or assigns, upon
written demand, the amount so demanded, to the extent of the assigned amount.
This Assignment shall neither be ameczded nor terminated without the consent of alI
