Nature of Changes: Conditions encountered during construction resulted in modification of the
method of excavation for the pier holes for the railing along the rail, raising of a manhole to the
new grade necessary due to utility conflicts, winter protection for the concrete, additional asphalt
patching for drainage, removal and replacement of 6' of curb and gutter, additional rub rail along
the trail and revised quantities for tree removal, signs, guardrail and drainage structures. An
itemization of the changes is attached as Exhibit "A".
These changes result in the following adjustment of Contract Price and Contract Time:
