ASSIGNMENT OF CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT
TO: WestStar Bank
For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Denson S.
Levy hereby assigns to the County of Eagle, State of Colorado, an interest in Certificate
of Deposit Number 6008704 to the extent of $8,000 excluding all interest now dive or to
become due on tla~: assigned amount. This Assignment is given as security for thin
installation of certain road improvements and a cistern on the Slater Type A Minor
Subdivision, with the cost of the same being approximately $27,770. This Assignment
shall be a continuing assignment and shall remain effective until the Board of County
Commissioners, by written resolution, authorizes the release of the security.
Eagle County may authorize a reduction in the security represented by this
Assignment, by written resolution.
Denison S. Levy hereby authorizes Eagle County to demand and collect all or any
portion of the deposit to the extent of the assigned amount in accordance with this
Assignment and to issue a receipt for any sums received therefrom. Denison S. Levy
hereby directs WestStar Bank to pay to the County, its legal representative, successors or
assigns, upon written demand, the amount so demanded, to the extent of the assigned
amount.
This Assignment shall neither be amended nor terminated without the consent of
all .signatories hereto, which shall be in writing.

of Certificate of Deposit and agree that the Assignment shall not be terminated without
the written authorization of the Board of County Commissioners of Eagle County,
Colorado.
