AMENDMENT OF JOINT FUNDING AGREEMENT
FOR
WATER RESOURCES INVESTIGATIONS
This amendment is for the agreement dated May 31, 2002 (0002154/C0045)
1. The parties hereto agree that subject to the availability of appropriations and in accordance with
their respective authorities there shall be maintained in cooperation the work toward the
creation of ground-water vulnerability maps.

2. Paragraph 2a of the agreement is hereby X increased/
to read as follows:

(a) $ 56,700.00 by the party of the first part during the period
May 31, 2002 to December 31, 2004
Paragraph 2b of the agreement is hereby X increased/ _ decreased by $ 30,450
to read as follows:

May 31, 2002 to December 31, 2004
Billing for this agreement will be rendered quarterly .Payments of bills are due
within 60 days after billing date. If not paid by the due date, interest will be charged at the current
Treasury rate for each 30-day period, or portion thereof, that the payment is delayed beyond the
