Elder]y Housing, 700 Broadway, Eagle, CO 81631 (h~ei~aafler the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, certain issues to be resolved which requires raaore time than allowed by
the Contract; atad

to February 28, 2003.
2. The parties hereto agr~ that the "Closing Date" shall be extended froru January 31,
2003 to March la, 2003. Seller sha11 pay the Bayer the sum of $S,OOOAO i'or the extension on
March 1, 2003, such amount tv be appked towards rife Purchase Price at closing. Such additional
sure sha11 be treated as vainest money and applied to the purchase price, but shall not be rcfimdEd
