Home My WebLink AboutC02-001 Amendatory Agreement with RRC Associatesa C AMENDATORY AGREEMENT THIS AAMNDATORY AGREEMENT is made and entered into this day of 200j effective Januaryl, 2002, by and between EAGLE COUNTY, STATE OF CO RADO, a body corporate and politic, acting by and through its Board of County Commissioners, located at 500 Broadway, Eagle, Colorado, hereinafter to as "County" and RRC ASSOCIATES, a company licensed to State of Colorado, with offices located at 4940 Pearl East Circle, Boulder, Colorado, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor ". RECITALS: WHEREAS, the parties entered an Agreement, dated September 25, 2001; and WHEREAS, the parties desire to extend the term of Agreement. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and agreements set forth in the Agreement between the parties dated September 25, 2001, the parties agree to amend the Agreement as follows: . 1. The Agreement, dated September 25, 2001, is amended to read as follows: 1. 6. TERM/TERMINATION, the term of this Amendatory Agreement shall commence on January 1, 2002 and shall terminate on March 31, 2002. This Amendatory Agreement may be terminated by either party without cause upon thirty (3 0) days written notice, and such termination shall in no wayprejudice the payments due the Consultant for services rendered, nor the County's right to services prior to the end of the period of notice. If the Consultant's services are terminated, postponed or revised, it shall be paid only for that portion of work satisfactorily completed at the time of such action. 2. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
