AGREE. NO. One (1) AIRPORT Eagle County Regional Airport LOCATION Eagle, CO JUSTIFICATION FOR CHANGE 1. Brief description of the proposed contract change(s) and location(s). Supplemental Agreement No. 1 includes the widening of a uni- directional drivelane on the south edge of the terminal parlang lots to a bi- directional lane (24 feet wide), including the removal of exi9ting curb and gutter, landscape, and asphalt, and the reconstruction with PCC curb and gutter, aggregate base, and PCC drivelanes. The use of PCC was necessitated by the closing of B & B's asphalt operations due to time -of- year weather restrictions. 2. Reasons for the changes This construction was necessitated by new security measures adopted by the FAA which limit parlang within prescribed distances to the terminal. 3. Justifications for unit prices or total cost. The total cost was presented in a lump sum bid due to B & B's substantial completion of the project and demobilization, and the necessity to remobilize to complete this construction. 4.
