1. Brief description of the proposed contract change(s) and location(s).
Additional parking lot lighting will be added for the four gravel parking lots identified on the
attached drawing.
2. Reason(s) for the change(s) (Continue on reverse if necessary)
This work was requested by Eagle County Regional Airport as part of an expanded parking
system associated with the terminal and access expansion projects.
3. Justifications for unit prices or total cost.
Unit prices were derived from existing contract prices and negotiated unit prices that are deemed
fair and equitable. The unit cost for the installation of the 1 -2" PVC DEB duct assumes the
shared cost with the AVI contract. If AVI does not share the 1 -2" PVC DEB duct, than
additional payment will be due B & B Excavating, Inc.
