' SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED
This Special Warranty Deed made on , 200 County of Eagle,
State of Colorado, of the County of Eagle, State of olorado, Seller, for the
consideration of $28,336.71, in hand paid, sells and conveys to Town of Gypsum, State
of Colorado, a body politic, whose address is P.O. Box 130, Gypsum, Colorado 81637,
the property located in the Town of Gypsum, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, for a
road right-of-way more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, with all its appurtenances, and subject to the
reservations set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this
reference and warrants the title to such real property against all persons claiming under
it.
