Box 130, Gypsum, Colorado 81637, the property located in the Town of Gypsum, County of Eagle, State of Colorado, for a road right-of-way more particularly described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with all its appurtenances, and subject to the reservations set forth on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference and warrants the title to such real property against all persons claiming under it.
