. VII. CERTIFICATIONS:
The grantee assures that activities implemented with CSBG funds will be:
used to accomplish the State CSBG Goal and Objective stated in the State Plan; and
within the requirements set forth in the Community Services Block Grant Act, Title N of the Civil Rights
Discrimination Act of 1975, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Public Law I03 -227, part C, Environmental Tobacco Smoke
