CERTIFICATIONS: The grantee assures that activities implemented with CSBG funds will be: used to accomplish the State CSBG Goal and Objective stated in the State Plan; and within the requirements set forth in the Community Services Block Grant Act, Title N of the Civil Rights Discrimination Act of 1975, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Public Law I03 -227, part C, Environmental Tobacco Smoke known as the Pro - Children Act of 1994 (Act), Certification Re Act, the Age Regarding Lobbying, Regarding Drug -Free Workplace Requirements, Certification Certification Debarment, Suspension, and Other Responsibility Matters - Transactions, Office ofManagement and Budget (OMB CircularAl 10 and A122), and the currentState ofColorado CSBG Primary Covered Plan.
