ADDENDUM TO MEDICARE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
FOR SKILLED NURSING FACILITIES, HOME HEALTH AGENCIES
AND HOSPITAL OUTPATIENT DEPARTMENTS
This agreement is for the purpose of amending the Medicare Memorandum of
Understanding (MOU) dated October 1, 1987 and its subsequent addendums between
the Colorado Foundation for Medical Care (CFMC) and EAGLE COUNTY NURSING SERVICE
effective August 1, 1988. .

The Health Care Financing Administration has negotiated an extension of the
current PRO contract and review requirements until March 31, 1989. Therefore,
this Addendum extends the current MOU requirements and the requirements of the
MOU from August 1, 1988 through March 31, 1989.
