A parcel of land located in Section 34, Township 7 South, Range
87 infest of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Eagle, State
of Colorado, said parcel being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the East boundary of the Blue Lake P.U.D.,
Filing No. 1, whence the Southwest corner of said Section 34 bears
South 51 035'27" infest, 2179.22 feet; thence South 85 119'41" East,
1085.20 feet; thence 99.99 feet along the arc of a curve to the left,
having a radius of 3385.03 feet, a central angle of 01 041'33 ", a chord
bearing of South 86 010'27" East and a chord distance of 99.99 feet;
